Please join us for a presentation on Immediate Jeopardy. This discussion will include reviewing the tools that surveyors use, what are and how to hold Trigger calls and AD hoc meetings; and how to write a removal or abatement plan prior to receiving an IJ; and Past Non-Compliance can be achieved but we need to be prepared.
Objectives
- Identify the components in an abatement plan
- Describe 2 items that are needed from the CMS Chapter 5 Surveyor guidance for issuing an IJ
- List the steps and when to hold an Ad Hoc QAPI
