I have been a member of NADONA for 20 years. I have held the title of Regional Director for District II in North Carolina, Corresponding Secretary and I am very proud to currently hold the office of Vice-President and Vendor Liaison for the North Carolina chapter (NCDONA). I have 25 years of Long Term Care experience including but not limited to an MDS Coordinator four years and a Director of Nursing eight years. I have been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator twelve years. I am currently an Administrator for Liberty Healthcare. In 2019, I completed the Executive Fellows Leadership Program graduating at the National Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner with Credentials to instruct those choosing to take the pathway to becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner. I am also a Certified Director of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care as well as a Fellow in the Academy of Certified Directors of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care. I recently completed the Infection Prevention program earning the credentials of Infection Prevention-Board Certified. I am so thankful and blessed to be part of the NC Chapter and NADONA, such a great group of professionals and friends and I really love all those ribbons!
