Deborah Bostic has over 25 years of experience and has risen through the ranks of nursing, beginning as a CNA, attended Springfield Technical Community College and obtained Associates Degree in Nursing, from there went to UMASS Amherst and received BSN. Went on to obtain MS in Nursing with specialty in healthcare administration and management at Aspen University. Have served many positions in nursing, staff nurse, supervisor, director in a veterans home, unit manger of med/surg and pediatrics in a community hospital, director of icu/telemetry, cardiology, respiratory and chief nursing officer in a community acute care hospital. Longing to get back to ltc and permanently transititon to Maine, opportunity arouse of a director on nurses in a ltc facility which also has the first ventilator unit in the state of Maine. Active in professional organizations such as AONE, Organization of nurse leaders and the Aspen University Advisory Council and Aspen University board of Sigma Theta Tau. Deborah also holds national certification as a nurse manager leader through the ANCC.
