About Us
The National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration in Long-Term Care (NADONA) is the leading professional organization for Directors of Nursing and Infection Preventionists in long-term and post-acute care settings.
Since 1986, NADONA has been the leading advocate, mentor, and educational organization for DONs ADONs, RNs and nurse leaders. NADONA was founded by long-term care professionals who understand the daily challenges of nurse leaders. Our goal is to provide the tools needed for professional success and staff development.
