Cassie F. Faircloth has over 30 years long term care experience ranging from Nursing Assistant to Director of Nursing, Quality Assurance Nurse Consultant and Regional Risk Manager.  She has over 18 years of Director of Nursing experience, 6 years as QA Consultant and 4 years in Risk Management. She also has nursing experience to include Med-Surg, ICU and Case Management experience. 

Cassie is on the Fayetteville State University and Central Community College Advisory Board Committees to assist in collaborating nursing education and clinical sites within the long-term care industry. She currently serves as the Treasurer for the North Carolina State NADONA chapter and Regional Director for Regions 4 and 5 of North Carolina.

Cassie is certified as a Fellow of the Academy of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care and is a certified Director of Nursing.  She has also received the Circle of Excellence Award in Long Term Care in 2012, 2018, and 2023.

In 2018, Cassie was awarded a National Nursing Administrator recognition as she received the Southeastern Nurse Administrator of the Year award. In 2023, at the National Association of Director of Nursing Administration, she received the Shining Star award for her dedication and commitment to Post Acute Healthcare.

She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Infection Preventionist- Board Certified.  In 2018, Cassie was in the inaugural graduating class of NADONA’s Executive Fellow Leadership Academy.

Cassie has served as a  member of the Triangle Region of the North Carolina Nurses Association and serves on the Gero Council. Currently she is a Regional Risk Manager for Liberty Healthcare Management.  

Cassie holds dear to her heart, her husband “Cowboy” (Ricky) and her children, Lil Ricky, Amber, Hannah and soon to be son in law, Logan.
