Having survived the last 3 years of the Pandemic, our facilities are looking to return to full clinical and operational status to remain in substantial compliance.

There is sufficient data to support that with the changes to the MDS effective October 1, 2023 and as a result of the decreased socialization of our residents, there is a need to educate and/or re-educate staff on improving our Claims Based Measures, understanding Trauma Informed Care, implementing/maintaining a good Psychotropic Medication Stewardship program and how to utilize the QAPI process to ensure our residents are receiving quality Psychosocial Services.

This one-day work shop has four sessions which will address these areas to provide education and guidance. The facility’s entire Interdisciplinary Team can benefit from this workshop.
